How tasks show up
Tasks can be available, started, or completed — without pressure or red urgency.
Tasks show up when they’re ready to be done. Completed tasks get out of the way — but nothing becomes “overdue.”
A task can be in one of these states:
- Available: ready to do now
- Started: someone is working on it
- Completed: done for now; it will become available later when relevant again
- Archived: put away and out of every list, until it’s restored
Tip
The Focus tab offers a few available tasks without asking you to choose between them.
