Filtering by essential and non-essential
Narrow the Tasks tab to essential tasks only, from the view options in the bottom left.
The Tasks tab can show only essential tasks. Tap the sliders button in the bottom left — the same panel that holds the Rooms, Categories and Tasks view modes — and turn on Essential tasks only.
While it’s on, the list shows only tasks marked as essential, and an Essential chip near the top of the list says so. Tap the chip’s ×, or the switch again, to see everything.
This is useful when you want to focus on the basics — the tasks that keep your home functional day to day.
Note
The toggle only changes what’s visible. It doesn’t change your tasks or their settings.
