The Tasks tab shows all your available tasks in one place.
It’s for when you want the big picture — or when you’re in the mood to do a few things in a row.
Tap the circle to the left of a task to start it, and tap it again to complete it. Tap the title to open the task. The search field at the top filters by name or room.
Three ways to view the list, chosen from the sliders button in the bottom left:
- Rooms — grouped by where the work is
- Categories — grouped by the kind of work
- Tasks — one flat list
The same panel holds the Essential tasks only switch.
Sections at the top of the list, each of which appears only when it has something in it:
- Requests for me — tasks someone asked you about
- My List — tasks you chose to keep in view
- Applies today — tasks set for this weekday
- Applies this month — tasks set for this month of the year
Swipe a row to act on it without opening it: right to add it to or remove it from My List, left to archive it. Press and hold a row for the same actions plus starting the task, marking it essential, and asking someone about it.
The + button in the bottom right adds tasks. The bottom tab bar has three tabs: Focus, Tasks, and Settings.
